If you are adding your phone number and you are not getting the verification code, try to do the following steps:
Make sure you are on the latest version of the Salams app
Sign up/ log in with email
Restart your mobile phone
Reinstall the Salams app
Note: Reinstalling the app will not delete your profile or data.
Please ensure you do not already have another account made with the phone number you are trying to use. You must delete any old account before setting up another one with the same phone number.
If it still doesn’t work, please contact the salams support team.
