You may delete your Salams account at any time.  Simply open the app, visit your "Preferences" section, then scroll down to find the "Delete Account" option.  Deleting your account will delete all your matches, conversations, and profile data.

Want to simply hide yourself instead?  
Visit your "Preferences" section and turn "Discoverable" to off.  This will hide you from the swipe list but keep your matches and conversations alive.
